They really do bark like dogs. Check out the back and shoulder postures Mike adopts while pig-wrastlin’: lots of bending and heavy lifts with a shifting, squirmy load! A more modern way to do this would be to build a chute and drive them outside, but if you have a small farm and only a few pigs (Mike only moved 16) maybe you don’t build one.
