I don’t often take outfit photos (the last one seems to be 2009), but this was a special occasion. At Christmas I got some cool heritage gifts from my Mom; two full-length woollen skirts that came from Finland in the 1970s and my great-grandmother’s fox stole which was given to my Nanna and then retooled to chop the heads and feet off and given to My Mom. Even for a vegetarian the dry, windy, cold climate in Saskatoon is perfect for fur… so I am the lucky next recipient. I hope to give it some good outings this winter. Today was too wet for a long skirt, but I may post those photos too so Mom can see them!
These photos were taken in front of the only full length mirror in my daily life: in the bathroom at work. Interpret the quality accordingly.
Huh, they allow cameras in washrooms in Sask? 🙂
